A private investor has sold a fully leased, 11,500-square-foot retail center in Hamilton for $3 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced last week.
The investment sales firm represented the seller of the property, known as Olden Plaza, in the deal with an undisclosed buyer. Located at 1641 South Olden Ave., the complex is home to seven tenants, six of which have occupied their space for more than 10 years.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Michael Lombardi, Fahri Ozturk and Richard D. Gatto listed the property. They noted that the listing generated more than 10 offers and a full asking price closing.
