Leasing is underway at Ora, a new 270-unit luxury apartment building that The Hampshire Cos. unveiled late last year in downtown Hackensack.
The firm and its project partners, Russo Development and Riverbank Management LLC, are now marketing the mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes at 321 Main St., where monthly rents start from $2,100s with incentives. They’re doing so alongside The Marketing Directors, the property’s marketing and leasing agent, which launched Ora from an on-site leasing office with fully furnished model apartments.
Amenities at the building include a rooftop club room with a bar and billiards, which opens to a sprawling outdoor terrace with fire pits, lounge seating and views of the New York City skyline, according to a news release. Residents also have access to a first-floor courtyard with grills and dining areas, as well as a modern fitness center, coworking spaces, private conference rooms and a pet spa.

Additionally, management offers concierge services, package lockers and on-site garage parking with electric vehicle charging stations, Hampshire said, while pointing to prospective shops and restaurants at the building’s nearly 9,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.
“Our investments in Hackensack have helped transform the city, welcoming residents, visitors and businesses to be part of its exciting evolution over the past several years,” said James E. Hanson II, CEO and president of The Hampshire Cos. “With Ora’s opening, we’re proud to continue that momentum, inviting even more residents and businesses to experience everything Hackensack has to offer.”
