A gymnastics school has taken 10,000 square feet in the Bergen County borough of Northvale, in one of six newly announced deals by The Goldstein Group.
According to the brokerage team, Academy of Dreams Gymnastics will occupy the space at 271 Livingston St. under a lease with Maxim Enterprises, the landlord. The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter, Vice President Marc Palestina and Sales Associate Roy Paret represented both parties.
Finkelstein, Huter and Paret also represented both parties at 1499 Union Valley Road in West Milford, where Skylands Urgent Care leased 2,100 square feet from West Milford Plaza LLC. In Union City, Principal Neil Goldstein President Chuck Lanyard brokered a 4,400-square-foot deal at 140 48th St. between Sherwin Williams and ownership, JD Union LLC and 4801 Union City LLC.
The firm’s other recent deals include:
A lease by Capital One and North Fork Bank at 287 Browertown Road in Woodland Park, where Lanyard and Finkelstein represented both the parties.
Cuban Eddie’s 1,000-square-foot lease at 487 Market St. in Saddle Brook, with Finkelstein, Huter and Paret representing both the landlord, Puccio IV LLC, and the tenant.
A second lease at 487 Market St. in Saddle Brook, for 1,500 square feet, by Moaaz Restaurant, with Finkelstein, Huter and Paret representing both parties.
