Heller Industrial Parks has signed a nearly 410,000-square-foot lease renewal in Edison with a provider of warehousing and distribution services, in a deal arranged by The Blau & Berg Co.
The occupier, Distribution Management Group Inc., is a longtime tenant at 207 Meadow Road, according to a news release. Blau & Berg noted that the 40-year-old operator serves domestic and international clients, while managing a U.S. Customs bonded container freight station and a fleet of vehicles designed to handle air and ocean freight.
“I am grateful to have worked with both Heller Industrial Parks and DMG Inc. for many years now,” Blau & Berg’s Brian DiPinto said. “This facility has served DMG well over the years, and I was appreciative of the opportunity to work with both parties on this lease. I look forward to their continued success.”
DiPinto, an executive director and logistics and rail specialist with the Short Hills-based firm, represented both parties in the 409,792-square-foot renewal.
