Hollister Construction Services has completed renovations at an Aston Martin dealership in Summit, as part of a plan to modernize the building’s showroom and other spaces within the facility.
The improvements at the 11,000-square-foot space include a modern and open showroom with a customer lounge area, kitchenette, private offices and sales and conference rooms with glass sliding doors, Hollister said. The back of the dealership houses an auto delivery room and upgraded auto shop room where technicians care for cars, along with a washing area.
Exterior work included a new roof, wall-mounted lighting, new overhead garage doors and new glazed, full-height storefront window units, the Parsippany-based construction management firm said in its project description.
“Dedicated to offering an unrivaled quality of service and expertise, the dealership was transformed into a modern state-of-the-art facility,” Hollister said. “(The facility) was renovated in two phases in order to allow the facility to continue providing customers with the Aston Martin Summit experience.”
The Hollister team included Kieran Flanagan, project executive; Mike McLeod, project manager; Vincent Solano, preconstruction; Michelle Rogers, project coordinator; and Tammy Pierson, estimating coordinator. GRA Architecture served as the architect.
