The longtime operator of an IHOP in Mercer County has acquired the restaurant property for $1.125 million, according to brokers with Commercial Property Network Inc.
The buyer, Hussein Srour, completed the transaction at 811 Parkway Ave. in Ewing with some 20 years in business, CPN said in a news release. The brokerage firm’s Al Toto and Bill Barish represented both the seller, 811 Parkway LLC, and the buyer of the 3,200-square-foot building.
The deal closed Dec. 8.
