An insurance firm has leased more than 9,000 square feet of office space in West Windsor, under a newly announced transaction by Mercer Oak Realty.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said Princeton Insurance Co. will occupy part of the first floor at 21 Roszel Road, a 62,500-square-foot building completed in 2015. The company’s new home, owned by an affiliate of Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Mountain Development Corp., is adjacent to the Carnegie Center campus and just east of Route 1.
Mercer Oak’s Sab Russo represented ownership in the 9,470-square-foot transaction. Tom Romano of JLL represented Princeton Insurance, part of the Berkshire Hathaway company MedPro Group.
Anchored by Hill Wallack LLP, 21 Roszel Road is also home to Frauscher Sensor Technology, Sirius Reinsurance and a full fitness center.
