A local owner has sold a 64,000-square-foot flex building in the Gloucester County township of West Deptford, according to brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The single-story property, located at 100 Grove Road, sits directly adjacent to Interstate 295 and minutes from other major thoroughfares. WCRE Executive Vice President John Mozzillo and Vice President Sean Kelly represented the buyer, 100 Grove Road Plaza LLC, in the transaction with seller SFA 100 Grove Road LLC.
Terms were not disclosed. In announcing the deal, WCRE noted that the 33-year-old building is fully leased to long-term tenants FIS and NDI Engineering.
