An investor has paid $3.2 million for more than 18,000 square feet of industrial space in Elizabeth, in a transaction arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage team said the property at 936-940 South Elmora Ave. benefits from its location near the New Jersey Turnpike, routes 28 and 1&9 and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island, among other destinations. The 18,200-square-foot facility also has 12- to 16-foot ceiling heights, 14 car parking spaces, 4,138 square feet of office space and two drive-in doors.
BRC President Steve Bussel and Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger represented the buyer, Heaven Investments LLC, and the seller, 936 South Elmora Avenue LLC, in the transaction.
