A fully leased, 20,000-square-foot strip center in Flemington has changed hands for more than $3 million, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage team said it represented the seller in the transaction at 257 Route 202, the home of tenants such as Boni Tire & Auto, Kick Quest Martial Arts & Fitness, Koros Wargames and others. A buyer listed as Yam Holding Corp paid $3.2 million for the property, which is near the Flemington Circle and a host of major national retailers and outlet centers.
BRC vice presidents Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek and President Steve Bussel completed the deal on behalf of 257 Route 202 LLC.
“We are thrilled to announce the sale of 257 Route 202 in Flemington, a fully leased 20,000-square-foot retail strip center,” Connor Vanderbeek said. “It was very rewarding having the privilege to assist our client with getting the strip center 100 percent occupied and handling the sale afterwards.”
