A global IT products and services company has leased more than 100,000 square feet of industrial space in Fairfield, according to a brokerage team with CBRE.
The tenant, Ingram Micro Inc., will use the space at 116 Lehigh Drive to expand its third-party logistics capabilities, the brokers said. The Irvine, California-based company will occupy 107,107 square feet under the lease with the landlord, Venture One Real Estate Inc., with plans to move into the space in September.
Thomas Mallaney, Nicholas Nitti and Denise Kokulak of CBRE’s Saddle Brook office represented the tenant alongside David Remington, who is part of the firm’s Newport Beach, California-team.
“Working closely with our colleague from Newport Beach, we were able to identify 116 Lehigh Drive as the ideal building to serve our client’s requirements,” Mallaney said. “We are pleased to facilitate Ingram Micro’s expansion into the third-party logistics industry and also satisfy their future real estate needs.”
In announcing the deal Wednesday, CBRE said 116 Lehigh Drive sits on 8.16 acres of land and has nine exterior docks, 3,600 amps of power and two backup generators. The single-tenant building has parking for 187 cars.
