JLL has announced the hiring of four new analysts in its New Jersey capital markets office.
The new additions — Jason Lundy, Josh Stein, Alexander Alfier and Austin Pierce — joined the firm recently as part of the team that provides analytical support to the investment sales advisory practice. They are based in Morristown.
“As our capital markets business continues to expand we have strengthened our team with four new analyst hires that exemplify the work ethic and drive our team prides itself on,” said Jose Cruz, senior managing director and co-head of JLL’s New Jersey capital markets team. “We are excited to have them on board and look forward to their contributions to our clients.”
Lundy brings four years of industry experience, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield. The Fordham University graduate joined that firm in 2017 as a lease administrator before moving on to become a transaction analyst.
For his part, Stein previously was an associate analyst at Leviathan Capital, JLL said. He graduated from the University of Michigan in May 2019.
The firm also noted that Alfier joins its ranks with just over two years of experience. He graduated from The College of William and Mary in January 2019 before joining Meehan Valuation as an associate appraiser.
Pierce, meantime, is a former project engineer with Katerra East Construction, having also interned with Ariel Property Advisors. He graduated in 2020 from Lehigh University.
