Ravine Development Co. LLC has sold a nearly 155,000-square-foot office building in Hanover Township, brokers with JLL announced Monday.
According to a news release, an undisclosed buyer purchased the property at 10 Park Ave. as part of an off-market deal. The 23-year-old property, which sits on 8.69 acres at the Columbia Turnpike intersection, is the former home of MetLife Investment Management and provides a location just off Route 24 and some three miles from Interstate 287.
The JLL capital markets investment sales and advisory team worked closely with the leasing team for the three-story, 154,777-square-foot property. The team included Vice Chairman Dan Loughlin, senior managing directors Jeremy Neuer and Jose Cruz, executive vice president Charlie Dillon, managing director Bob Ryan, director Ryan Robertson and senior analyst Pranav Patel.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
