The Azarian Group LLC has added a men’s fashion retailer to its tenant roster at a 50,000-square-foot shopping center in Woodland Park, the firm announced recently.
In a news release, Azarian said K&G Men’s Co. Inc. leased 18,502 square feet at Lenox Plaza, located at 1750 Route 46 West. The retailer is relocating from the nearby Willowbrook Mall and is backfilling a former Goldsmith space, joining tenants such as a Party City, Pizza Hut and Mattress Firm.
K&G was slated to open this month, Azarian said.
