A longtime owner has sold a nearly 10,000-square-foot strip center in Flemington for $2.25 million, in a deal arranged by Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
Known as Sportsman’s Plaza, the property at 174 Route 31 benefits from a highly visible location and a roster of tenants with triple-net leases. It’s also adjacent to BJ’s Wholesale Club and directly across from Hunterdon Medical Center, serving the area with a mix of essential neighborhood services such as food and beauty users.
Kislak Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate Sara Soliman represented the seller and procured the buyer of the 9,720-square-foot center, which sits on 1.24 acres.
“This was an off-market transaction that resulted from a longstanding relationship initially fostered by our colleague Peter Wisniewski,” Soliman said. “Our team worked closely with the landlord for many years leasing his properties and advising him on a variety of real estate matters. He owned Sportsman’s Plaza for over 30 years. When he was ready to sell it, we procured multiple qualified buyers that led to a smooth and successful sale.”
