A pharmaceutical company is set to unveil its new headquarters after recently acquiring an office building in Somerset County, according to Kislak Commercial Real Estate Services Inc.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented Aucta Pharmaceuticals Inc. in its purchase of the 52,000-square-foot property in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards. The $4.6 million deal at 170 Mount Airy Road was the second successful transaction that Kislak’s Peter Wisniewski recently brokered on behalf of the technology-driven drug maker, which develops and commercializes branded specialty products.
Aucta expects to welcome local officials and other dignitaries for a grand opening ceremony and dinner on Sept. 22.
“Kislak is proud to represent Aucta Pharmaceuticals and honored to continue supporting their growth and commitment to the Bernards Township community,” said Wisniewski, an executive vice president with the Woodbridge-based firm.
Sara Soliman, associate at Kislak, added: “This new headquarters marks an important milestone for Aucta as they expand their operations and deepen their investment in the region.”
