The Kislak Co. Inc. is eyeing continued growth in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey after three executive promotions and four new hires in the key markets.
The brokerage firm, which is based in Woodbridge, said it has elevated Jeff Squires and Matt Weilheimer the role of managing director and Greg Koenig to vice president in its Miami Lakes office. Its newest hires, meantime, include Ryan Sullivan, Belus Brutus and Kevin Dietrich as sales associates and Matt LoBocchiaro as a commercial sales and leasing associate.
“These promotions are extremely well-earned and well-deserved,” said Jason Pucci, the firm’s CEO. “I welcome all our new salespeople and look forward to their successful careers with Kislak. Jeff and Matt contribute greatly to our success and they each bring a unique skillset and successful approach to our business. I am excited for Greg and the South Florida team as they expand our services there.”
In a news release, Kislak noted that Squires and Weilheimer are among its top producers. Squires joined its team in 2007 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and retail investment properties throughout northern New Jersey, while Weilheimer arrived in 1996 and specializes in the sale of multifamily properties, REO assets and other investment properties in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
As managing director, Squires will help lead Kislak’s investment and multifamily sales efforts in northern New Jersey and metropolitan New York City, the news release said. Weilheimer, for his part, will spearhead investment and multifamily sales efforts in southern New Jersey and metropolitan Philadelphia.
Koenig joined Kislak in 2019 and initially specialized in the sale of multifamily properties in Rockland County, New York. He was awarded its prestigious Rookie of the Year award after his first year and recently relocated to Miami, where he’s now a vice president and is leading the firm’s brokerage efforts in South Florida with a focus on multifamily sales in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Sullivan recently joined Kislak as a sales associate specializing in the sale of multifamily and other investment properties in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, the news release said. He is a former director for Keller Williams’ commercial division, where he provided a wide range of advisory services, and has strong relationships with many key clients, major financial institutions and asset management firms.
Brutus, meantime, recently joined Kislak with a focus on selling multifamily and other investment properties in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, the firm said. He also worked for Keller Williams’ commercial division, where he was part of a successful multifamily team that provided a wide range of advisory services and built a successful mitigation and restoration business, which has provided him with a deep and practical understanding of commercial and investment real estate.
Dietrich, who specializes multifamily sales in greater Philadelphia, is a former banking professional who most recently was a vice president and commercial credit senior underwriter for M&T Bank, where he focused on health care in commercial real estate, Kislak said. Previously, he was a banking officer for Firstrust Bank and an assistant vice president for Customers Bank, the news release said, noting that he has assisted developers, institutions and high-net-worth individuals to secure construction and permanent financing on multifamily properties nationwide with underwriting exceeding $3 billion.
LoBocchiaro specializes in the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and other commercial properties in central New Jersey, the firm said. He is a former intern for CBRE, where he conducted comprehensive market research and created detailed market demographic reports and market site surveys.
Sullivan has a master’s in international real estate from Florida International University and a bachelor of business administration from FIU and La Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic, while Brutus holds an associate’s degree in civil engineering from Broward College. Dietrich and LoBocchiaro each have a bachelor’s in business administration, having attended West Virginia University and Monmouth University, respectively.
