With nearly two-thirds of the units leased at its new upscale apartment building in Madison, Kushner Real Estate Group has unveiled everything else the property has to offer.
The developer on Tuesday said it has opened the amenities at Rose Hall, a 100-unit development at 10 Kings Road. The features will augment the offerings in downtown Madison and the benefits of a location some two blocks from the borough’s train station.
Those amenities include a modern fitness center, a WiFi lounge and a fully equipped business center, KRE Group said in a news release. Outside, the developer has built a landscaped pool deck with a fire pit, grilling stations and other offerings.

The property, which opened to residents earlier this year, is more than 60 percent leased.
“Rose Hall is situated near Madison’s best restaurants, shopping, theaters and museums — all within walking distance,” said Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group. “To continue to meet the demand for convenient lifestyles, we’re thrilled to offer a full suite of modern, on-site amenities, which have proven to be a major draw for residents of the building.”
The developer also touted the offerings of downtown Madison, which is home to boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and the building’s proximity to the Short Hills Mall and Route 24.
Apartments at Rose Hall range from studios to three-bedrooms, each with high-end designs, finishes and appliances. KRE Group said net-effective pricing for available units begins at $2,395 for a one-bedroom.
