The site of a 42,000-square-foot retail center in Passaic has changed hands for $5.5 million, in a newly announced deal by KRH Realty LLC.
Steven Rinn, the firm’s president, represented the Hackensack-based buyer in the trade at 514 Van Houten Ave. The deal closed in late June, he said, noting that the property known as Van Houten Plaza is fully leased.
Tenants include Food Universe, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and Stain Busters, according to Rinn. That made it a strategic addition to the real estate portfolio of the buyer, listed as Van Houten Plaza LLC.
