Larken Associates has notched two more wins in the New Jersey Builders Association’s annual Sales and Marketing Awards — thanks to a new multifamily community in Warren County.
In a news release, the developer said its new 120-unit property known as Monte View at Pohatcong won top honors in two categories during the recent program in Atlantic City. They include Best Home in a Rental Community with 200 Apartments or Less and Best E-Brochure, highlighting the appeal of the one- and two-bedroom complex just off Interstate 78.
Part of the annual Atlantic Builders Convention, the SAM Awards celebrate New Jersey’s most creative and effective sales and marketing professionals as well as exemplary projects and initiatives, the news release said. It is the fifth consecutive year that Larken earned multiple awards, the Branchburg-based firm said, reflecting the growth and success of its growing luxury multifamily pipeline in the region.

Located near the New Jersey-Pennsylvania border, Monte View at Pohatcong comprises three luxury garden-style buildings and one four-story elevator building. Amenities include central clubhouse with a heated outdoor pool with a tanning ledge, a fully equipped fitness center, a covered outdoor pavilion with a lounge, grilling stations, a bark park and a tot lot with sensory-sensitive playground equipment, among others.
