An infusion center has found a new location in Parsippany, joining the tenant roster at a nearly 55,000-square-foot professional and medical office building owned by Larken Associates.
According to the landlord, Vital Care of Morristown is leasing 3,151 square feet at 3219 Route 46 East, where it will provide pharmaceutical preparation and infusion therapy services for patients with complex, chronic and acute conditions. That allows the franchise to expand its reach in northern New Jersey, doing so from a location that’s minutes from other major highways such as routes 10 and 202 and interstates 80 and 287.
Larken Associates’ Victor Kelly and JLL Executive Vice President Jon Compitello represented ownership in the deal.
“Our new office at Parsippany Commons makes the care we provide increasingly accessible to Vital Care’s rapidly growing patient base,” said Edward Sohn, owner and president of Vital Care of Morristown. “We’re excited to leverage this new location and work closely with physicians, health systems, and families in nearby communities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the patients whom we supply with specialized prescription pharmaceuticals.”
Larken noted that Parsippany Commons, a three-story, 54,619-square-foot property, boasts atrium windows that cover the entire building facade, creating an open and airy interior filled with natural sunlight. It also has two passenger elevators and 270 on-site parking spaces, including 70 covered spaces, plus high-speed internet access.
“We’re seeing sustained demand for well-located, Class A medical office space as providers continue to shift care delivery from traditional hospital campuses to community-based medical office buildings,” said Kelly, executive vice president of Larken’s commercial division. “Vital Care of Morristown is a great addition to our tenant roster at Parsippany Commons, and we’re excited to support their growth and mission to make its treatments and services more accessible.”
