Larken Associates has signed two new leases at a professional and medical office complex in Somerset County, bringing one of three buildings at the property to full occupancy.
According to the landlord, the new deals at the Raritan Valley Professional Center in Raritan include a 1,534-square-foot commitment by Bridgewater Footcare. The second tenant, Foley Prep Inc., has taken 1,451 square feet at the complex at 575 Route 28.
Both leases occurred at Building 2, which totals 17,006 square feet. Berkshire Hathaway – Deluccia Commercial Group represented Larken Associates in the transactions.

Larken recently completed a series of improvements at the three-building, 82,000-square-foot complex. Building 1, the largest of the buildings, offers 50,992 square feet of office space and has a recently upgraded main lobby and a newly added south side lobby entrance for easier access from the parking lot.
The landlord also added a fitness center for tenants, along with new carpeting, lighting and wall coverings in all common areas, according to a news release. Exterior renovations included new landscaping and signage.
Additionally, Larken noted that it recently rebuilt and redesigned Building 2 from the ground up, adding new bathrooms, LED lighting, fixtures and finishes. The firm also installed new windows, roofing and HVAC systems, while completing exterior site improvements.
The Branchburg-based firm completed Building 3 in 2018, noting that it offers 14,000 square feet of built-to-suit medical space. The building is currently 100 percent leased to a mix of professional and health care tenants.
