Larken Associates has unveiled its new 254-unit multifamily development in Readington, adding another completed project to its growing residential portfolio.
Executives and employees of the firm recently gathered at the property, The Ridge at Readington, to mark the opening of the upscale property at 100 Eagle Crest Way. The milestone came around two years after the Branchburg-based developer broke ground on the project, part of a roughly 17-acre site that was originally slated for an eight-building professional office campus, with a location along Route 22 in the town’s Whitehouse Station section.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the ribbon cutting for The Ridge at Readington as it exemplifies our team’s continued ability to bring our vision to life in communities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania,” said David Gardner, CEO and president of Larken Associates. “I’d like to thank everyone who played a role in making this day a reality and we look forward to helping our residents make lasting memories at The Ridge at Readington for years to come.”
The property comprises 168 one- and two-bedroom garden apartments spread across seven buildings and 86 one- and two-bedroom residences in two elevatored buildings, the firm said. Each of the 21 different unit types has a modern layout with high-end finishes and appliances, while residents have access to a clubhouse with a theater room and lounge, an outdoor heated pool, a covered outdoor pavilion and other amenities.
All told, Larken now owns and manages 2,500 residential units across 22 properties in the Northeast, the firm said. It has more than 1,700 additional units in its development pipeline.
