A law firm is changing addresses in Freehold after agreeing to lease nearly 14,000 square feet at an adjacent building along Route 33, according to a brokerage team with JLL.
The full-service practice, Davison Eastman Muñoz Paone PA, will relocate this fall to the single-story, 68,000-square-foot property at 3 Paragon Way. The move will allow it to stay within the Monmouth Executive Center, a four-building complex just north of the highway, while realigning its real estate footprint under the new lease with Broad Real Estate Services.
JLL Senior Vice President Vinny DiMeglio represented Davison Eastman in the 13,500-square-foot deal, while Newmark represented the landlord.

Founded in 1988, Davison Eastman represents business clients on a range of general and complex legal matters, employment and municipal law and tax and estate planning for individuals, JLL said. It’s currently based at 100 Willow Brook Road but will soon have a newly built-out space at 3 Paragon Way alongside a mix of medical, legal, consulting and tech firms, where it will also have quick access to Route 9 and other highways.
JLL Project Development Services, led by senior project managers Denise Barone and Eric Starr, will manage the relocation on the tenant’s behalf.

JLL added that Monmouth Executive Center has upgraded amenities including a tenant lounge with a café, a fitness center, conference facilities and surface parking. Tenants are also minutes from Freehold Raceway Mall and downtown Freehold.
