A growing law firm has leased 1,700 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, under a newly completed transaction by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm represented the tenant, the Law Offices of Michelle Contreras LLC, in the commitment at 1040 North Kings Highway. The new location, which provides easy access to Route 70 and Interstate 295, accommodates the practice’s need for a larger space and allows for further growth.
Rose Commercial Real Estate Vice President Brett Davidoff brokered the lease with Needleman Management.
