A law firm has leased nearly 7,000 square feet at a renovated office building in Paramus, in a newly announced deal by Cushman & Wakefield.
According to the brokerage team, Dunn Lambert LLC is taking 6,608 square feet at 15 East Midland Ave. under a long-term lease with The Birch Group. The deal at Nexus 17, as the building is known, provides the law firm with a location at the intersection of Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway, with proximity to a host of retail, dining and entertainment options.
C&W’s David DeMatteis, Benjamin Brenner and Mark Zazisk represented ownership, while CBRE’s Sean Morley represented the tenant.
“Ownership has done an incredible job transforming this property into a world class workspace where tenants can enjoy best-in-class amenities for an optimal office environment,” DeMatteis said. “Leasing in Paramus remains strong, demonstrating that renovated properties are in high demand and will dominate the office landscape going forward.”
In announcing the deal, Cushman noted that Nexus 17 recently underwent a renovation resulting in new lobbies and common areas, a fitness center, a cafeteria, a courtyard with outdoor space and a conference center.
