Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has completed two leases at its Court Plaza complex in Hackensack, one with a longtime tenant and another with a firm that is new to the property.
The landlord announced Wednesday that Lorraine Teleky-Petrella, an attorney who has been a tenant at Court Plaza North for three decades, has once again renewed her 1,500-square-foot lease. The firm focuses on environmental, family, personal injury and real estate law, among other practice areas.
Stephen C. Jennings, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ vice president of leasing and marketing, negotiated the deal, the company said in a news release. He also represented the landlord in the second lease, a 680-square-foot transaction with Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark LLC, a Morristown-based family practice and matrimonial law firm.
“Lorraine Teleky-Petrella and Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark LLC are prime examples of successful law firms that have chosen Court Plaza to meet their current, and future, office space requirements,” Jennings said. “We are pleased to be part of these firms’ long-term growth strategy.”
The 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex includes Court Plaza North, Court Plaza South and Court Plaza East. The property is one mile from Interstate 80 and Routes 4 and 17.
