Heller Industrial Parks has leased some 50,000 square feet in Edison to an ecommerce fulfillment firm, in a newly announced deal by Lee & Associates – WBE New Jersey.
According to the brokerage team, Cangso Global Inc. is moving to 240 Mill Road from Essex County as part of an expansion of its East Coast distribution operation. The deal will provide the company, a U.S.-based fulfillment center specializing in ecommerce sellers, with immediate access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 and Interstate 287 from a facility that has four loading doors, 32-foot clear ceiling heights and 42- by 42-foot column spacing.
Lee & Associates’ Jianning Meng represented the tenant in the lease.
“This successful transaction meets our client’s functional and logistical requirements and aligns with their immediate and long-term goals,” Meng said. “It is also a great showcase of the outstanding work by Heller’s management team. The team completed major property improvements — including office renovations, LED lighting and sprinkler upgrades and parking lot repaving — all within a tight schedule during the heat of summer.
