A private entity has sold a 15.4-acre church property in Monmouth County for $5.2 million, in a newly completed deal by Barone Commercial Resources LLC.
The firm said it represented an undisclosed seller in the transaction at 270 Everett Road in Lincroft. It also procured the buyer for a property that is just two miles from the Garden State Parkway and minutes from downtown Red Bank.
Barone Commercial’s Neil Barone completed the deal.
