Levin Management Corp. has bolstered its team of retail professionals with the addition of a new leasing representative.
The North Plainfield-based firm announced Tuesday that Kendal Hand has joined its ranks, bringing a strong track record in leasing open-air shopping centers. Her responsibilities include leasing and marketing efforts at several properties within LMC’s New Jersey retail portfolio, including Chatham Plaza in Chatham, Eatontown Plaza in Eatontown, Bayshore Plaza in Barnegat, Oak Tree Center in Edison and Hartford Corners in Delran.
“Levin is a well-recognized, established firm known for its quality of service and professionalism,” Hand said. “Its impressive portfolio and team longevity were very attractive to me. I look forward to growing my career here, and for the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge working alongside Stephanie Harris, vice president of leasing, and LMC’s many accomplished industry professionals.”
Hand previously served as a leasing representative for DLC Management Corp., where she leased five open-air shopping centers totaling almost 900,000 square feet, according to a news release. She earned a bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in real estate from Monmouth University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
“Kendal brings great enthusiasm and a strong work ethic, along with direct and proven commercial real estate experience,” Harris said. “Her deep knowledge of the tristate area retail marketplace is a real advantage as we continue to expand our leasing portfolio.”
LMC executives touted the hire as the firm’s latest move to support home-grown career development.
