Levin Management Corp. has added to its leasing team with one of its newest hires.
The commercial real estate services firm announced recently that Sidney Singer has joined as a senior leasing representative. He will be responsible for leasing and marketing efforts at several New Jersey and Pennsylvania shopping centers in LMC’s portfolio, including Hamilton Plaza in Hamilton Township and Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township.
“Levin’s reputation and level of success is unmatched,” Singer said. “The company currently is in a sustained growth mode, which provides a great opportunity for me to establish longevity here. At the same time, I look forward to contributing toward Levin’s strategically expanding presence in Pennsylvania and other key markets.”
Singer brings more than 12 years of retail real estate experience in both leasing and property management operations, LMC said in a news release. Most recently, he was a commercial leasing manager at Edgewood Properties in Piscataway.
Previously, he was a commercial leasing representative at Wolfson Group Inc. in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. Singer is a licensed real estate salesperson in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
“Portfolio-wide, Levin continues to experience its healthiest leasing volume in recent years,” said Joseph Lowry, LMC’s senior vice president of leasing and acquisitions. “Sidney brings a well-rounded expertise in retail leasing, management and tenant relations to this position. I have no doubt he will serve as an integral part of our talented leasing team, and an asset for our clients and business partners.”
