A made-to-order burrito chain is continuing its expansion at the Jersey Shore with the opening of a new location in Howell, according to Levin Management Corp.
The firm said that Bubbakoo’s Burritos, which is based in Point Pleasant Beach, has leased a 1,900-square-foot space at Aldrich Plaza at 4075 Route 9. Levin Management brokered the deal on behalf of the 99,000-square-foot property’s ownership, while Mark Handwerker of The Goldstein Group represented the tenant.
“We were able to provide Bubbakoo’s Burritos with a location that offers exceptional visibility, signage and presence,” said Kyle Farley, Levin Management’s leasing representative for Aldrich Plaza. “Aldrich Plaza’s complementary mix of stores, restaurants and service providers makes it an attractive location for any retail tenant.
“Pair this with a convenient Monmouth County address and outstanding demographics, and the center has all the necessary elements to make this growing chain’s newest location a success.”
The 9-year-old Bubbakoo’s Burritos chain offers healthier, fast-casual fare such as burritos, bowls, tacos, salads, nachos and quesadillas, according to a news release. With its new store, the company has a heavily traveled location with more than 134,600 people living in the five-mile radius, Levin Management said in the news release.
