A property manager with Levin Management Corp. has earned his latest promotion with the North Plainfield-based firm.
LMC announced Wednesday that Edward Chandler is now a senior property manager. He previously held the title of property manager, having joined the real estate services firm in 2007 as assistant property manager before his first promotion in 2009.
“Edward is a tremendous asset to our property management team, and we congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion,” said Gilbert Bankston, vice president of property management for LMC. “It is always very gratifying to be able to promote individuals from within our organization. Advancing into the senior property management position reflects Edward’s experience, hard work, professionalism and dedication, as well as his contributions to the ongoing success of our property portfolio.”
Chandler oversees the operation of a portfolio of shopping centers, according to a news release. In addition to supervising day-to-day operations, the role includes establishing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently is working toward his Certified Property Manager accreditation.
“It’s been extremely rewarding to grow my career at Levin Management,” Chandler said. “I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued progress while driving additional value to our third-party clients and their properties.”
