T-Mobile has leased 2,600 square feet at a 175,400-square-foot shopping center in Hamilton, according to brokers with Levin Management Corp.
Andrea Kyriacou, senior leasing representative with LMC, negotiated the long-term lease, with the firm serving as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for Hamilton Plaza. Gabe Amzallag of MSC Retail represented the wireless voice and data communications services provider.
“Hamilton Plaza is one of the most desirable shopping destinations in Mercer County, and we are excited to welcome another outstanding national tenant,” Kyriacou said in a prepared statement. “T-Mobile is rapidly expanding its nationwide presence, and was attracted to Hamilton Plaza’s strong regional demographics and excellent visibility. We expect this tenant to enjoy tremendous success here and become a valuable service for the local community.”
Anchored by an 81,000-square-foot ShopRite, Hamilton Plaza offers a mix of service, retail and food-oriented tenants including A.C. Moore, Mattress Firm, Petco, Dollar Tree, Let’s YO!, Hallmark, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Texas Roadhouse, among others.
The property sits at the intersection of Route 33 and White Horse-Hamilton Square Road.
