A nearby business will relocate to a 9,200-square-foot office and warehouse building in Cherry Hill, following a sale arranged by a broker with NAI Mertz.
The real estate services firm represented the seller of the property at 1815 Garden Ave., which sits less than a mile from Route 70, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. A local business acquired the property, which includes 6,000 square feet of office space and a 3,200-square-foot warehouse section.
Terms were not disclosed.
