A logistics firm has leased more than 100,000 square feet at a Bridgewater industrial building, in one of two newly announced deals by Zimmel Associates.
The brokerage firm represented United States Land Resources, the landlord at 3 Finderne Ave., in the long-term lease with Midstate Logistics. In announcing the deal at the one-story, 102,000-square-foot property, Zimmel Associates touted its 24-foot ceiling heights, 10 tailboard loading docks and proximity to routes 22 and 27.
Ray Musalo of Greiner-Maltz represented the tenant.
“Midstate Logistics had a building in the area and wanted to relocate in the same location.” Zimmel said in a prepared statement. “There are not many buildings in the area to fit their specific needs, however this turned out to be an ideal location for them.”
Zimmel also represented United States Land Resources in a 22,500-square-foot lease at 330 Talmadge Road in Edison. Dank Depot signed a long-term renewal at the freestanding property, which sits on two acres and features 16-foot ceilings heights and easy access to Interstate 287, and routes 1 and 27.
