A retail center just outside Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in Burlington County has changed hands for $1.8 million, according to Feinberg & McBurney Realty/Development LLC.
The brokerage firm on Wednesday announced the sale of the Wrightstown Plaza Shopping Center, a 65,000-square-foot property in Wrightstown. Located on the 400 block of Main Street, the center is anchored by Dollar General and includes a well-known bowling alley.
Harriet Summers of Feinberg & McBurney represented the seller, a family that owned the property for more than 60 years while also operating the bowling alley. She noted that the sale included a liquor license.
