National Integrity Title Agency has promoted Natalie Madanick to vice president for commercial business development, the Marlton-based firm announced last week.
The full-service title insurance and settlement agency said that, since joining its team, Madanick has played a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships and advancing its mission to deliver exceptional service. In her expanded leadership role, she’ll be responsible for furthering and building new key partnerships that focus on the needs of clients in the commercial real estate market, including attorneys, lenders, developers and brokers.
“Natalie’s drive and ability to connect people have had a direct and lasting impact on our success,” said George E. Duffield Sr., co-owner and CEO of National Integrity Title Agency. “Her energy is unmatched, and her relationships across the real estate and business communities will continue to open doors and strengthen NITA’s presence.”
The agency added that Madanick is deeply engaged in the region’s business and real estate community. To that end, she is co-chair of the Everything Real Estate Group at the Pyramid Club, a board member of the Voorhees Business Association and most recently cofounded the Tier One Network.
She also serves on the Strategic Expansion Committee for NAIOP Greater Philadelphia and was cochair of the real estate professional networking group with the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey.
“At NITA, we work like family — everyone is passionate about supporting clients and each other,” Madanick said. “I’m excited to continue building on the relationships we’ve established while looking ahead to new opportunities for growth.”
