A maker of bathroom furniture has leased nearly 50,000 square feet at a Monroe industrial building, in a transaction arranged by Bussel Realty Corp.
The brokerage on Wednesday announced the commitment by Eviva at 21 Engelhard Drive. The manufacturer occupies nearly two-thirds of the property, which is near New Jersey Turnpike Exit 8A and offers access to routes 130 and 1.
BRC Senior Vice President Herb Zimmerman and Vice President Anthony Mircovich represented the landlord, Anthony Torsiello of Tordan Associates, while Colliers International represented the tenant.
“I have represented the Torseillo family on all their industrial properties in Edison, Somerset, and Monroe, New Jersey, for the past 37 years,” Zimmerman said. “It is a pleasure to work with them in procuring quality tenants for their properties such as Eviva.”
BRC said 21 Engelhard, which measures 78,000 square feet, has 26-foot ceiling heights, 10 tailboards and three drive-in doors, among other features, along with 30 free surface spaces.
