March Associates Construction Inc. has announced four new additions to its project management and estimating teams.
Joining the Wayne-based firm as a project manager is Christina Gesualdi, who brings more than a decade of experience. During that time, she has grown positive relationships with senior managers in the industry, colleagues, clients and subcontractors, March said, noting that she coordinates, plans and executes in daily operations to attain project completion.
Gesualdi has managed construction projects in the tristate area and is currently working on the Terminal Logistics Center in New York City, the first multistory air cargo warehouse on the East Coast.
March also announced the hiring of Lin Liu as an estimator. With a master’s in engineering management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, she has more than 10 years of conceptual, GMP and lump sum cost estimating experience in addition to working as a project manager.
Liu has successfully won projects for renovations, tenant build-outs, interiors and new building construction involving both nonunion and union labor, according to a news release. She has worked on educational buildings, health care centers, retail centers, high-end residential, warehouse facilities, research laboratories, hospitality projects and landmark structures.
Meantime, Anna Krotevych has joined March as an estimator and purchasing agent, bringing a bachelor’s in construction and civil engineering from the National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture. She has more than 17 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, having worked on projects in the New York metropolitan area such as the Dwell St. Marks community living project in Brooklyn, along with Dumont Commons and the Salvation Army in the Bronx.
The firm’s new hires also include Stefani Silverman as an assistant project manager, the news release said. March noted that she is an interdisciplinary designer experienced in construction management, real estate development, architecture and interior design.
With more than eight years of experience in the industry, Silverman has successfully completed new development and tenant improvement projects in New York and New Jersey, from corporate interior build-outs to ground-up conferencing centers, commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and public projects. She has worked on projects such as the Tishman Speyer Conference Center in New York and Kushner Cos.’ headquarters in both New York and Florham Park.
