An investor has paid more than $4 million to purchase a net-leased Walgreens property in Orlando, in a transaction arranged by Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office.
The property, located at 11018 International Drive, is home to a 16,472-square-foot store across from SeaWorld Orlando and its complementary parks known as Discovery Cove and Aquatica, Marcus said. An undisclosed seller reaped $4.04 million in the transaction.
