An investment sales specialist has found a new home at Marcus & Millichap’s northern New Jersey office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Fahri Ozturk, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield, has joined the firm as associate vice president of investments, Marcus & Millichap said. He will be based in the company’s Saddle Brook office and specialize in investment sales in Hudson County.
“Fahri is a tremendously talented CRE professional and one of the top investment sales brokers in New Jersey,” Brian Hosey, Marcus & Millichap’s regional manager in New Jersey, said in a prepared statement. “His arrival at Marcus & Millichap is a game changer.”
Ozturk was a director in Cushman’s capital markets group, according to a news release. Previously, he was director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, which was acquired by C&W in 2014, and investment associate at Arsenal Real Estate Partners.
His have responsibilities included acquisitions, dispositions and asset and portfolio management, the news release said. Prior to those positions, Ozturk was an asset manager and analyst at Thor Equities, working directly with C-suite executives, and managing several retail and office properties.

Ozturk earned his master’s in real estate finance and investments from New York University and his bachelor’s in finance and investments from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, the news release said. He is fluent in Turkish.
