A martial arts academy is expanding with a newly completed lease at a Wayne office building, brokers with Newmark Associates announced recently.
In a news release, the firm said White Tiger Martial Arts has taken 7,370 square feet at 30 Galesi Drive to accommodate its growing student base and enhance its programs. Newmark Associates also touted it as a sign of continued demand for spaces that support fitness and wellness businesses.
The firm’s Dennis Giammetta brokered the lease.
“We are excited to have assisted White Tiger Martial Arts in securing a space that aligns with their vision for growth and community engagement,” Giammetta said.
