Matrix Development Group has inked two lease renewals at its 13-building, 345,000-square-foot business campus along the New Jersey Turnpike in Cranbury.
The transactions at the Matrix Corporate Campus, located at 259 Prospect Plains Road, include a 35,061-square-foot renewal by AmeriHealth, according to a news release. In the second deal, Nano-Ditech Corp. recommitted to its 15,450-square-foot space at the complex of office, laboratory and flex units.
Gary Hans of Matrix represented ownership in both deals. Tom Whitworth, principal at NorthMarq Advisors, represented AmeriHealth, while Savills executive vice presidents Greg Soffian and Gregg Najarian represented Nano-Ditech.
“We’re proud of the long-term partnership we’ve forged with both AmeriHealth and Nano-Ditech Corp., and are excited that they’ll remain cornerstones at Matrix Corporate Campus,” said Hans, a senior vice president with the firm. “Our campus has the advantage of providing expertly managed, top-quality offices in a setting that allows people to enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s on our walking trails or in our picnic areas. As more businesses plan a return to the office, this is an ideal environment to maximize both comfort and safety for workers.”
Matrix announced the deals Tuesday, noting that the campus is equipped to support traditional office tenants as well as life sciences companies seeking laboratory space. The property is 88 percent occupied, with available spaces ranging from 5,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet.
The property is also visible from the Turnpike and easily accessible via Exit 8A.
