An industrial building in the Meadowlands has changed hands for nearly $2.7 million, following a transaction arranged by Equity Real Estate Brokerage.
The property, located at 338-340 13th St. in Carlstadt, spans 15,480 square feet with a 16-foot clear ceiling height, a loading dock and a tailgate drive-in, according to a news release. Equity’s Steven N. Muller represented the undisclosed buyer in the $2.65 million deal, while Maggie Abdo-Manno represented the seller.
The brokerage firm noted that the building is just off Route 17, which provides users with quick access to Route 3, the New Jersey Turnpike and other highways.
