A restaurant operator is expanding to downtown Somerville, where it’s leasing 6,300 square feet by way of a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said the location at 69-71 West Main St. will be the fourth for Efes Mediterranean Grill, following eateries in Jersey City, Princeton and New Brunswick. It will occupy the space under a 10-year lease with Devco Realty LP, offering its brand of Mediterranean, Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group represented both parties in the deal.
