First Industrial Realty Trust has sold a 112,000-square-foot property in Mount Laurel, in a transaction brokered by NAI Mertz.
Scott Mertz, the firm’s president, and Vice President Jonathan Klear represented both parties in the sale of 103 Central Ave. Burton Real Estate acquired the complex, which was 80 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Terms were not disclosed.
The brokerage firm touted the building’s features, including 18-foot clear heights, 40-foot-by-45-foot column spacing and a location just off the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
