A private investor has sold a retail property in Monmouth County for nearly $5 million, brokers with Marcus & Millichap announced Thursday.
Known as Dugans Corner Center, the 15,093-square-foot center is located at 514 State Route 33 in Millstone Township. The Marcus & Millichap team of Alan Cafiero, Ben Sgambati and David J. McLaughlin represented the seller in the $4.875 million deal.
The firm also secured and represented the buyer, an individual trust.
