Montvale Liquors, a 4,700-square-foot boutique store, will open at the CVS Center on South Kinderkamack Road in Montvale, Levin Management Corp. announced.
Replacing a former liquor store in the same location, the new business will offer wine, spirits and craft beer and will be double the size of its predecessor. Bipin Patel and Heerak Amin are the owner-operator team behind the new venture, with the former having more than 20 years of experience in the liquor industry.
LMC Vice President of Leasing Sidney Singer linked the location and demographics for the desirability of such a store.
“From a standpoint of visibility and demographics, this location is a great place to do business,” Singer said. “Local residents have appreciated the presence of a liquor store at the property, and this new shop will offer a larger and more robust selection of products.”
CVS Center spans 32,000 square feet just one mile from downtown Park Ridge and is close to public transportation, the Garden State Parkway and other major regional thoroughfares. More than 63,000 people with an average household income exceeding $229,000 live within three miles of the property.
LMC officials said they are marketing an immediate availability of 2,400 square feet at CVS Center.
