A private entity has purchased a nearly 2,400-square-foot office building along a key corridor in Gloucester County, in a newly announced deal by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers with the firm represented the sellers, Laura and Dennis Bonanni, in the transaction in the Mullica Hill section of Harrison Township. They noted that the property, 146 Tomlin Station Road, is the former home of Fitness Yoga and Pilates and benefits from a highly visible and easily accessible location along Route 322.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are happy to have helped Laura and Dennis Bonanni with the sale of this property,” said Vantage Commercial Adviser Raki Desai, who completed the deal alongside Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli. “The location at Tomlin Station Road and Route 322 makes it a great opportunity for future use.”
In a news release, Vantage Commercial said 146 Tomlin Station Road has strong potential for future development. The firm noted that the Route 322 corridor through Mullica Hill is a rapidly growing area with increasing commercial real estate demand, offering opportunities for a variety of businesses.
